I rooted both in some soil but only transferred one cause the other wouldnt fit my cups so not sure if i should root prune it since some of the root seem dried up anyway or put it in like a 4 gallon? (4th/5th pic)

The tip of the transferred/non-transferred cuttings had leaves but they rotted/broke off respectively and now the tip of the transferred cutting (3rd pic) turned slightly brown
Is this salvageable or should i cut it off? Theres new growth at the bottom (1st/2nd pic)

Anyone got any recommendations on what to do now?
