This is my 2 years old Afghanistanica fig.Nice looking leaves,NOT very good producer,4 figs only this season,sweet enough,a berry flavor...time will tell if a keeper or not.

Back in 2012 or 2013,i did some cuttings exchange with someone from Canada(cannot remember his name...),and i receive from him a tiny cutting named Nexoe,a very cold hardy fig-according to him.Last year i had very few figs,5 or 6,but this year was a very productive cultivar.Fruits are yellow-red,long tail and taste like cardboard...i give them a 4...

Hi everybody.I would prefer to be called Unknown Nazareth fig.I do have enough unknowns varieties of figs from all over the world and I cannot just attribute them fancy known names,just to make them more valuables...I have one,two,five or even ten examples when an unknown fig,taste(to me),better than....black madeira,col de damas family or any other top quality figs...
Regarding the taste,still a young plant...has a strong blackberry flavor and I really love that deep red/bloody interior.Thank you,and more figs on table to all !HAPPY gardening !

Harvey was right...
It took me years(2) to figure out that a cheap Ronde de Bordeaux from ebay turns out to be a yellow fig and a Panache fig turns out to be a black fig....

Hi Leon.I went outside(is raining) and I took a picture of my Aldo fig.Like I said,i don't see more than 20% difference betwheen these Mt Etna and Sicily cultivars.Thank you.
